Nature of the Service

The Bulk QR Code Generator is provided free of charge as an online utility for generating QR codes from URLs and other text. All QR codes are generated locally in your browser. No user registration, login, or payment is required.

No Warranty

The service, including all QR codes it produces, is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the site operational and to generate valid, scannable QR codes, no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—are given regarding:

• The accuracy, scannability, or reliability of generated QR codes;
• Whether a given QR code will scan correctly on all devices, apps, or under all conditions (lighting, print quality, size, damage, or the chosen colors, styles, logo, or error-correction level);
• The correctness of the destination a QR code encodes—QR codes reproduce exactly the URL or text you provide;
• The continued availability of the service;
• The compatibility of generated files with third-party tools, printers, or scanners.

User Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to:

• Test every QR code by scanning it with multiple devices before printing, publishing, or distributing it;
• Verify that each code links to the correct, intended destination;
• Ensure sufficient contrast, size, and error correction for your specific medium (screen, print, signage, packaging, etc.);
• Ensure that any logo or image you add is yours to use or is used under a valid license, and does not obscure the code beyond readability;
• Re-check codes after any change to your design, colors, or output settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, reprinting or reproduction costs, or damages arising from a QR code that fails to scan or links to an incorrect destination) arising out of or in connection with the use of—or inability to use—the site or any QR codes produced by it.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the URLs, text, and images you provide. QR codes are generated algorithmically from that data and are not claimed as intellectual property by the operator.

This notice may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
